M-m-m-meatballs!

Improvisational and flexible meatball recipe.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef (could be half minced pork or sausage)
- 2 eggs
- 2 big handfuls cracker crumbs (I smash water crackers with a stick.)
- handful grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 diced small yellow onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix and match some of these:
- sage
- parsley
