Our dear friend Jan suggested this recipe when we mentioned we had the world’s most beautiful and large Savoy cabbage. It’s incredibly simple, but the combination of flavours is lovely.
Ingredients:
- 1 Savoy cabbage (approx. 1½ kg or 3lb)
