Salsify Soup

Salsify (pronounced “sals-ih-fee”), also known as the Oyster Plant, is a root vegetable commonly used in Asia. It’s slightly sweet and reminiscent of artichokes, and vaguely oyster-y in taste.
Francis made this soup the other day and it was scrumptious. If you can find it, get some salsify and experiment!
